How do I make Xtras for use in the authoring environment?

You can create Xtras in Director to assist you in developing your projects. These Xtras are called 'Tool Xtras'. Simply create a Director movie and save it as a dir, dxr, or dcr file in the 'Xtras' folder inside your Director folder. Restart Director and you will find it in the Xtras menu. It will act just like any other MIAW, so you will have to 'tell the staqe' to do most actions.
