Your computer talks to the external devices through Dataton SMARTPAX QC connected with PC CABLE. SMARTPAX QC is an intelligent, diminuitive box specifically designed for multimedia device control. Software drivers downloaded into SMARTPAX QC handle the communication protocol required for each device, thereby offloading the host computer.
