MAAD FTP Xtra is a Lingo scripting Xtra for Macromedia Director version 6 and later. The Xtra gives the Lingo programmer the ability to easily transfer files to and from servers using file transfer protocols. The Xtra supports both File Transfer Protocol (FTP) and Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP). The Xtra allows seamless integration of data transfer into Director Projectors. This allows for increased flexibility in Director projects such as transfer of collected data to a central server or the download of updates from a remote server.
