AxiomX is pleased to announce that PixelToolbox is available as a free beta version specially compiled for the Director community. The software will be available for a period of two weeks beginning on April 5, 2002, and ending April 19, 2002. PixelToolbox is the design center for desktop graphics enthusiasts. It is composed of a series of project-based spaces that are optimized for creating, editing, and applying 1-bit Desktop Patterns, Wallpaper Tiles, Windows Icons, and Windows Cursors. PixelToolbox offers the standard set of painting tools, along with a few filters and features not found in any other software. The unique interface, tools, and workflow were designed to maximize your design potential. The User Interface is a virtual "drawing desktop" with everything you need close at hand. The tools are arranged for quick and intuitive access, and designed to be elegant and non-obtrusive. Our goal with PixelToolbox is to earn a permanent spot on your roster of favorite digital tools. PixelToolbox was authored with Macromedia Director 8, with extended functionality made possible by the RavWareImageExport Xtra, and the Buddy API Xtra. RavImageExport, © 2000-2002, Ravi Singh. Buddy API, © 1995-2002, Gary Smith. Macromedia Director, © 1984-2002, Macromedia, Inc. All rights reserved. All of the scripts in PixelToolbox are either original, or original interpretations of lessons learned - mostly through the Director community. This beta test is our way of thanking the many folks that helped to make PixelToolbox possible.
